Privacy policy

What we collect when you get in touch, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted.

The short version
  • 01We collect only what you choose to send us: a name, a number, and anything else you add.
  • 02No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies of our own.
  • 03We never sell or rent your data. It goes only to the services that make the call happen.
  • 04Ask us what we hold, correct it or delete it, any time. A named person answers.
01

Who we are

Kyre (“Kyre”, “we”, “us”) builds operations automation for manufacturers and exporters. It is run by Aditya Bhagat and Tithi Saxena from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

For the personal data described here, Kyre is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”): we decide why and how it is used. This policy also meets our obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

02

What we collect

What you choose to give us. When you request a call: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and — if you add them — your email, company, and answers to the optional questions (what hurts most, how it is tracked today, roughly how many shipments a year). When you write to us: whatever you put in the message.

These details stay in your browser until you choose to send them, by booking a time through our scheduling provider or by sending the WhatsApp message or email the form prepares for you. The form itself does not send anything to our servers.

What our host records automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard request logs — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not collect. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking pixels and no session recording. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

03

How we use it

  • To reply to you, and to arrange and hold the call you asked for.
  • To prepare what we promised on that call — a written operations map, a proposal or a scope.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
  • To keep the site secure and working.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
04

Why we are allowed to

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give by choosing to contact us or book a call, and for the specific purpose you gave it to us for — a recognised legitimate use under section 7 of the DPDP Act. Request logs are kept for the security of the site.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to aditya@trykyre.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

05

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the services that make this work:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Cal.com, if you book a time through the calendar on this site — it receives what you enter into the booking form.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you choose to contact us that way.
  • Professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Government or law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires us to.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of them process data outside India; we use only established providers, and we will follow any restriction the Government of India places on transfers abroad.

06

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become an engagement: deleted within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
  • Client correspondence and records: for the life of the engagement, then as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
  • Hosting request logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.
07

Your business data, if you work with us

An engagement means Kyre reads data from systems you already use — Tally, sheets, an inbox, a portal. That data belongs to you, and how we handle it is set out in the written agreement for that engagement, where we act on your instructions. As a matter of practice:

  • Access is read-only by default. We read your systems; we do not overwrite them.
  • We take only the data a workflow needs, and nothing else.
  • Access is limited to the two founders. Credentials are stored encrypted and never shared.
  • Where agreed, everything runs on infrastructure you control.
  • When an engagement ends, we return or delete your data, as you choose, and confirm it in writing.
08

How we protect it

We follow reasonable security practices: encrypted connections, two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold personal data, access limited to the people who need it, and providers with recognised security standards. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires, and tell you what we are doing about it.

09

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and who we have shared it with;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for or the law no longer requires us to keep it;
  • withdraw the consent you gave;
  • resolve a grievance about how we have handled your data;
  • act for a person you nominate, if you die or become unable to act yourself.

Write to aditya@trykyre.com. We will confirm who you are before acting, and respond as quickly as we can — within one month, and always within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. If you open the booking calendar, Cal.com may set the cookies it needs to run its booking form; those are governed by Cal.com’s own policy. Because we use no analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing to accept or decline here.

11

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to aditya@trykyre.com and we will delete them.

13
