Terms of use
What this site is, what it is not, how to read its numbers, and the law that applies when you use it.
- 01The site describes our work. Any work we do runs on a separate written agreement.
- 02The figures, the cost model, the demos and the film are illustrations, not advice and not a promise.
- 03Tally, WhatsApp, ICEGATE, DGFT and the rest belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with any of them.
- 04Indian law applies, and the courts at Indore decide any dispute.
These terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, trykyre.com and its pages, including the demos linked from it (the “site”). The site is run by Kyre (“Kyre”, “we”, “us”), Aditya Bhagat and Tithi Saxena, from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
The site describes our work; it is not a contract
The site explains in general terms what we do. Nothing on it — and nothing in a discovery call — is an offer or a contract to provide services. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, fees, timeline, data handling and liability. Where that agreement and this site differ, the agreement wins.
Figures, models and examples
The cost model, the totals it produces, the “Kyre aims at” targets, the live board in the hero, the build previews, the film and the demos are illustrative. They use example data and the assumptions printed beside them. They are not a measurement of your business and not a promise of any result.
Statistics on the site come from third-party sources, which we name. We cite them in good faith and do not guarantee their accuracy.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, customs, trade-finance or financial advice. Decisions about filings, letters of credit, incentives, duties or credit should be made with your chartered accountant, customs broker, bank or legal adviser.
Demos
The demos linked from this site run on seeded example data. The shipments, buyers, vessels, people and figures in them are invented. Please do not enter real personal or confidential business data into a demo.
Other people’s names and trademarks
The site names products, companies and portals that exporters use — among them Tally, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail, WhatsApp, Shopify, Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM and Sedex. These names and marks belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the systems our work connects to.
ICEGATE and the DGFT portal are operated by the Government of India. Kyre is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any government body, or by any company named on the site.
Our content
The site’s text, design, graphics, film and code belong to Kyre. You are welcome to read it, link to it and share it. Please do not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Using the site fairly
When you use the site, please do not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to send us anything unlawful or harmful;
- try to probe, break or get around its security, or interfere with how it runs;
- scrape or copy it in bulk by automated means;
- pretend to be someone you are not when you contact us.
Links to other websites
The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Our liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty about it, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content — including loss of profit, revenue, data or business, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Our liability for work we do for you is set by the written agreement for that work.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
